- Contacting the Principal and other authorities for scheduling the workshops
- Visiting colleges for events, seminars and workshops
III. Key responsibilities
- Collecting Data: Gathering and maintaining data on potential applicants, tracking their interests, and managing lists of prospective students for follow-up communication.
- Counseling Prospective Students: Providing information and guidance to prospective students about the college’s programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and campus facilities.
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to prospective students and parents who have questions about the institution's programs, admission criteria, deadlines, and procedures.
- Processing Applications: Reviewing and processing applications for admission, ensuring that all required documents (like transcripts, recommendation letters, etc.) are submitted and complete.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate and organized records of applicants, admission decisions, and student files.
- Processing Fees: Handling or coordinating the collection of admission fees or tuition deposits.
- Providing Information: Assisting students with understanding the institution's policies, rules, and academic programs, and providing them with relevant brochures or materials.
- Maintaining Admission Calendar: Keeping track of important dates related to admissions, such as deadlines for applications, exams, and interviews.
