Educational Counsellor

I. Key responsibilities

1. Evaluation of profiles and counsel the candidate accordingly.
2. Assess student's interests, aptitudes, and abilities to assist in academic and career planning.
3. Assist students in the development of a specific academic plan.
4. Tailor the program to the needs of the student.
5. Performing follow-up calls with interested students.
6. Address all the issues/grievances of students and provide the right guidance.

1. Excellent Communication skills with good command in English & Hindi
2. Logical thinker with good presence of mind
3. Persuasive in Nature
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Target driven with a positive attitude
6. Open to learning new things
